Capacity utilization rate (CUR) across the manufacturing industry increased by 1 point compared to the previous month and reached 62.6 percent in May.
In May 2020, the responses given to the Economic Tendency Survey by 1,727 workplaces operating in the manufacturing industry were aggregated and evaluated.
According to the statement made by the Central Bank, the seasonally adjusted capacity utilization rate (CUR-MA) increased by 0.8 points compared to the previous month and reached 62.7 percent.
