Applications for the 100 thousand housing project announced by President Erdoğan started today.
The houses in Istanbul will be located in Arnavutköy Hadımköy, Sancaktepe, Şile Ağva, Tuzla Orhanlı and Tuzla Aydınlı. After Istanbul, the highest number of houses will be built in Gaziantep with 5,200 units.
There will be 4,000 social housing units in Ankara and Konya, 3,500 in Balıkesir, Denizli, İzmir and Şanlıurfa, 3,200 in Bursa, 3,000 in Kocaeli, Kayseri and Eskişehir. In Ankara, housing will be built in Beypazarı, Sincan and Nallıhan regions.
Applications for social housing starts today and will continue until January 15. In the application to be made from Ziraat Bank branches, an application fee of 500 lira for 2+1 flats and 1000 lira for 3+1 flats will be deposited.
Citizens who do not qualify for housing in the lottery will be able to get this fee back. Low-income citizens will be able to own a house with 10 percent down payment, 240 months maturity and 0.49 interest rate. The prices of 2+1 houses will vary between 140 thousand and 180 thousand liras, and the prices of 3+1 houses will vary between 160 thousand and 210 thousand liras.
Citizens who make a down payment of 14 thousand TL, which corresponds to 10 percent for a 2 + 1 apartment of 75 square meters and 140 thousand lira, will own a house with an interest rate of 0.49 and a monthly installment of 894 lira with a term of 240 months.
For a 3 + 1 apartment of 100 square meters and 160 thousand liras, the citizen who makes a down payment of 16 thousand liras, which corresponds to 10 percent, will buy his house with an interest rate of 0.49 and a monthly installment of 1022 liras with a term of 240 months.
The application conditions are as follows:
Being a Turkish citizen,
To have been residing within the borders of the province/district where the project is located for not less than 1 year or to be registered in the population of the province where the project is located,
Not having purchased a house from TOKİ and not having used a housing loan from the administration,
Not having an independent section or a detached residence (excluding field, vineyard, garden, village house and workplace) with condominium / condominium ownership registered in the title deed belonging to himself, his spouse and / or children under his custody
To be over 25 years of age as of the date of application,
Monthly household income should not be above 5,500 TL net.
