The legislative proposals accepted after the negotiations are as follows:
- Proposal on the Approval of the Agreement on Mutual Promotion and Protection of Investments Between Turkey and Ghana
- Bill on Approval of the Agreement Between Turkey and Zambia on Mutual Promotion and Protection of Investments
- Proposal on the Approval of the Agreement Between Turkey and Ivory Coast on Preventing Double Taxation and Preventing Tax Evasion in Taxes on Income and its Additional Protocol.
- Proposal on the Approval of the Agreement on Avoiding Double Taxation in Taxes on Income Between Turkey and Chad
- Proposal on the Approval of the Agreement on Avoiding Double Taxation in Taxes on Income Between Turkey and Somalia.

CHP Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba, who took the floor during the discussions on the proposals, stated that a newspaper published today with the headline “FETO is the work of CHP” and said, “Where do they take these headlines as an example? Thereupon, Ağbaba said, “You are the last group that will say anything to us about FETO. Don’t discuss this with us at all, go out and apologize to the nation and solve this problem. All of this is your work. Are you ashamed or regretful about this? You are not. AK Party Group Deputy Chairman Turan stated that they never saw the CHP on their side while they were fighting against FETO, and said, “You were not with us in the MİT crisis, the closure of private teaching institutions, Bank Asya, or any of the other issues. Stating that the most important feature of FETO is “operating with tapes”, Turan said:
“This is an organization with a tape. Go back, before the AK Party or until now, this organization carried out an operation with the tape, which is the biggest argument it has. Whoever tried the AK Party’s so-called voice recordings and tapes in the Parliament unlawfully, without a judicial decision, is the owner of that organization.” Look for its shadow there. Proposal to “establish an investigation commission”
Deputy Group Chairman of İYİ Party, Müsavat Dervişoğlu, reminded that they submitted 3 motions to investigate the connections with FETO’s political and economic leg and said, “Instead of turning this into sterile discussions, let’s establish a FETO investigation commission.” said.
Requesting that the issue be discussed first in the commission to be established and then in the General Assembly, Dervişoğlu said, “No one should avoid this, because as long as this debate continues, the reputation of the Turkish Grand National Assembly is damaged. I want to believe that there is neither a terrorist nor a FETO member in this Parliament.” he said.
After the proposals were accepted and became law, Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Süreyya Sadi Bilgiç, closed the assembly to convene at 14.00.
