World Kick Boxing champion Halis Avşar gave a seminar to the little ones at Katip Kasım Primary School, of which LASIAD is the patron, on 18 January.
Avşar explained the benefits of sports to primary school students. The champion, who explained the benefits of sports and answered questions, also gave a boxing demonstration with Uğur Sönmez and Hasret Kargın.
Vice President İrfan Akbaş, Board of Directors and Education Committee Member Barış Köseliören attended the seminar on behalf of LASIAD.
At the end of the seminar, Halis Avşar presented a plaque to School Principal Mehmet Öcel and Barış Köseliören, while Barış Köseliören presented Halis Avşar a plate with tulip motifs for his interest in Katip Kasım Primary School.
