Minister of Commerce Ruhsar Pekcan announced that simultaneous sales fee collection and transfer transactions can be made at notaries when buying and selling vehicles.
Stating that the first step was taken to establish a secure payment system with the Notaries Union of Turkey, Minister Pekcan made the following statements on social media:
“We are introducing our secure payment system in second-hand vehicle trade.
In this context, we took the first step together with the Notaries Union of Turkey to establish a secure payment system that will enable the sales price and vehicle ownership to change hands simultaneously. Congratulations”
