A seminar on ‘Work Permits for Syrians,’ organized by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO), took place on September 6th, Friday, with the participation of Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya, Deputy General Director of International Labor at the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Services Saadettin Akyıl, and ITO President Şekib Avdagiç as speakers. LASİAD President Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca and LASİAD Secretary General Şerafettin Yüzüak attended the seminar.
ITO President Şekib Avdagiç commented on the seminar, stating: ‘We discussed the work permits of Syrians. We support the approach of taking any necessary measures in cooperation with the business world and informing them.’
