Total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) decreased by 2 billion 104 million dollars last week, falling to 104 billion 352 million dollars.
Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT. Accordingly, on January 24, the Central Bank’s gross foreign exchange reserves decreased by 838 million dollars to 77 billion 512 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of 78 billion 350 million dollars on January 17.
During the said period, gold reserves decreased by 1 billion 266 million dollars, from 28 billion 106 million dollars to 26 billion 840 million dollars.
Thus, the total reserves of the Central Bank decreased by 2 billion 104 million dollars last week compared to the previous week, from 106 billion 456 million dollars to 104 billion 352 million dollars.
