The Closing Meeting of the ‘Societal Integration of Disadvantaged Individuals through Vocational Training in the Leather and Leather Products Sector Project’ (DEZDEM), financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey and implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Directorate General for European Union and Financial Assistance, took place on the evening of October 26th at Crowne Plaza Florya. The meeting began with the speech of Mustafa Şenocak, the President of the Board of Directors of Istanbul Leather and Leather Goods Exporters’ Association (İDMİB), and concluded with the speech of Mehmet Büyükekşi, the President of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), and the presentation of certificates to the students within the scope of the project. LASIAD was represented at the event by Vice President of the Board Barış Köseliören and Board Member Arif Özkan.
