The competition announcement of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources regarding the allocation of YEKA and connection capacities based on solar energy was published in today’s issue of the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, 74 solar energy-based YEKA tenders will be held in 36 provinces of Turkey with a total capacity of 10, 15 and 20 megawatts for the allocation of 1000 megawatts of connection capacity.
Only legal entities established as joint stock or limited liability companies in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code will be eligible to apply for these tenders.
The cost of the specifications that must be purchased in order to participate in each competition, which does not require financial qualification and work experience, will be 2 thousand liras.
Applications will be made between the dates and hours specified for each competition, the application dates of which are October 19-23.
Applications will be hand-delivered to the General Directorate of Energy Affairs of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
Document control regarding the applications will be carried out in the presence of the applicants at the date, time and address to be announced on the website of the General Directorate of Energy Affairs.
The initial ceiling price of each tender will be 30 cents per kilowatt-hour, and the duration of electricity energy purchase will be 15 years from the date of signing the contract.
