Decisions regarding the election of AK Party Tekirdağ Deputy Mustafa Şentop as the President of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) and the membership of the Parliamentary Presidency were published in the Official Gazette.
In the decision regarding the election of Şentop as the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, “Tekirdağ Deputy Mustafa Şentop was elected as the Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly at the 108th Meeting of the General Assembly dated July 7, 2020.” The statement was included.
In the decision regarding the election for the membership of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Presidency Council, it was stated that AK Party Isparta Deputy Süreyya Sadi Bilgiç, MHP Istanbul Deputy Celal Adan, CHP Kocaeli Deputy Haydar Akar, and HDP Şanlıurfa Deputy Nimetullah Erdoğmuş were elected as the Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
It was noted that AK Party Gaziantep Deputy Ali Şahin, AK Party İzmir Deputy Fehmi Alpay Özalan, AK Party Şanlıurfa Deputy Halil Özcan, CHP Burdur Deputy Mehmet Göker, MHP Ankara Deputy Erkan Haberal and HDP Gaziantep Deputy Mahmut Toğrul were appointed as the Grand National Assembly Administrator.
As clerks, AK Party Burdur Deputy Bayram Özçelik, AK Party Istanbul Deputy Emine Sare Aydın, AK Party Istanbul Deputy Rümeysa Kadak, AK Party Kütahya Deputy İshak Gazel, AK Party Mardin Deputy Şeyhmus Dinçel, AK Party Nevşehir Deputy Mustafa Açıkgöz, CHP Adıyaman Deputy Abdurrahman. It was stated that Tutdere, CHP Giresun Deputy Necati Tığlı, CHP Istanbul Deputy Sibel Özdemir and İYİ Party Edirne Deputy Enez Kaplan were elected.
