The gram price of gold, which started the new week with a decline, is at 389.8 lira, 0.1 percent below the previous close, as of 10.30. At the same time, quarter gold is sold for 640 lira and Republic gold is sold for 2,612 lira.
The ounce price of gold is currently at $1,770, 0.1 percent below the previous closing.
Analysts said that concerns about the second wave of the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic continue to keep the ounce price of gold at the highest levels of the last 8 years.
Stating that the Consumer Price Index in Germany and the pending housing sales data in the USA will be followed today, analysts noted that technically, $1,790 per ounce of gold stands out as resistance, and the band of 380-395 lira per gram will be followed.
