“As you are aware, last month, we celebrated the 15th anniversary of our association. On this occasion, the Laleli Fashion Shopping Festival, despite its shortcomings, received a broader participation and interest than we anticipated. The lessons we learned from this organization, which we planned and implemented in a very short time, the first of its kind in our region, have given us hope and encouragement for future festivals.
Certainly, the spirit of change and progress that comes from the past will be an inspiration for us in our future organizations, giving us strength to strive for better. This festival, knowing that nothing is perfect, reflected the effort that Laleli has shown from the past to the present in seeking and reaching for something better. It has once again convinced us wholeheartedly of this understanding. In this context, we are already envisioning the dream of more powerful events in the future, planning the processes and creating our roadmap accordingly.
It should be remembered that nothing is made up of singularity. Behind what is seen and presented, there are many efforts, struggles, and hidden heroes. In this regard, I would like to emphasize that this beautiful organization is not the sole work of one or a few individuals, but a common achievement of all of Laleli, whether visibly involved or not. I express my gratitude to all our friends who supported us with their efforts, provided suggestions, offered criticism, participated as spectators, covered it in their news, and supported us in every way during this beautiful event. I also want to emphasize that we are open to everyone’s suggestions, criticisms, and contributions for the next event to be more colorful and impactful.
As you know, we have entered another holiday period after the short season. I believe that this gap will be an opportunity for us to renew ourselves and enter the season stronger. At the end of this process, seeing a brand new and energetic Laleli will make us happy and strengthen the power of our region.
In addition to all these positive developments, I also express my condolences to the families and loved ones of our martyrs who lost their lives as a result of the painful terrorist incidents that occurred in our country during the month. I hope and wish that these deeply heartbreaking incidents will come to an end, and we will witness days in this beautiful country where brotherhood, peace, and harmony triumph over weapons.
Spreading this hope in the hearts of future generations is perhaps one of the noblest duties for us.
