Istanbul Chamber of Commerce 21st Term elections were held at the Istanbul Expo Center on Wednesday, November 9, and 81 different professional committee members were elected.
After the elections, on November 15, ITO’s council members from 81 different professions elected the chairman of the board of directors, members, disciplinary board members and TOBB delegates who will guide the next 4 years of ITO.
According to the election results, Avdagiç received 184 of the votes and became the chairman of the board of directors of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, which has a history of 140 years, for the second time.
Together with LASİAD President Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca, who was elected as a full member of the board of directors of İTO under the chairmanship of Avdagiç, who will serve between 2022-2026; Şekib Avdagiç (Chairman of the Board of Directors), Ahmet Özer, Bahadır Yaşık, İbrahim Doğan Salman, Mehmet Develioğlu, Murat Destekoğlu, Münür Üstün, Sami Salih Atılgan, Yakup Köç, Zeki Akbal were elected.
