Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Istanbul held a New Year’s reception on Monday, 19 December. The importance of Turkey and Russia relations was emphasised at the meeting. The visa exemption between the two countries, the free trade agreement and the resolution of the events in Syria with the leadership of Turkey and Russia were among the important issues discussed at the reception. The Consul General of the Russian Federation in Istanbul, Mr. Andrey Podelyshev, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Istanbul, wished the guests a new year. Chairman of the Board of Directors Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca, Board Members Barış Köseliören and Arif Özkan attended the programme on behalf of LASIAD.
