LASİAD held its 8th Search Conference, where the evaluation of the year 2018 took place, and the projects for 2018 were planned, at the Kaya Palazzo Hotel in Antalya from December 18 to 22. The LASİAD Board of Directors, Inspection and Discipline Boards, and secretariat attended the Search Conference. The program began with the opening speech of LASİAD Board Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca.
The program was enriched with seminars. On the first day of the Search Conference, Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu gave a presentation on Public Relations in the Private Sector (Business World).
On the second day, Prof. Dr. Berat Bırfın conducted a presentation on Parent-Child Relationship, and in the afternoon session, he discussed the aspects to be considered for a healthy communication in the Employer-Employee (Supervisor-Subordinate Relationship).
On the third day, LASİAD Board Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca, Vice President Muhammed Sancaktar, Vice Chairmen, and Board members provided insights and suggestions regarding the evaluation of the year 2018 and the goals for 2019.
