LASİAD (Laleli Sanayici ve İşadamları Derneği) visited Istanbul Governor Vasip Şahin on January 7, 2015, at his office. LASİAD’s delegation included Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca (Chairman of the Board), Muhammed Sancaktar (Vice Chairman of the Board), Ercan Çelik and Erdem Soylu Karabağlı (Vice Chairmen of the Board), as well as LASİAD General Secretary Şerafettin Yüzüak.
During the visit, LASİAD Chairman Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca extended good wishes to Istanbul Governor Vasip Şahin for his new position. Eyyüpkoca provided information about LASİAD’s social responsibility projects and their initiatives in the Laleli District. Istanbul Governor Vasip Şahin expressed his gratitude for the visit, mentioning that he had previously toured Laleli and intended to visit again when the opportunity arose. Subsequently, LASİAD Chairman Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca presented a plate with a tulip motif to Governor Vasip Şahin as a gift.
