LASİAD Board Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca, Vice Chairman Ahmet Turan, Board Members Rıfat Opan, Mert Karaca, Erdem Soylu Karabağlı, Ahmet Ceylan, and Secretary General Şerafettin Yüzüak visited Fatih District Governor Kaan Peker in his office on Thursday, October 31st.
The LASİAD delegation started the visit by extending good wishes and congratulations to Mr. Kaan Peker. They introduced themselves during the meeting. In the discussion, LASİAD Board Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca stated, “There is no other region in the world that combines clothing, accommodation, jewelry, food and beverage, shoes, home textiles, and more, all within the Historical Peninsula. Therefore, it is a region resembling Turkey’s structure, embracing every perspective, just like Turkey. One must appreciate the value of Laleli; Laleli is Turkey’s gateway to the world. We are a 23-year-old civil society organization, and the people of Laleli have not sought a new formation because LASİAD has fulfilled its duty in Laleli for 23 years.”
Inviting Kaan Peker to visit Laleli, Eyyüpkoca continued: “We have offered solutions to the problems in the region, and we have carried out infrastructure and lighting works. As LASİAD, today, when there is a problem, we knock on your door with solutions.”
Expressing readiness to find solutions to problems at all times, Kaan Peker thanked LASİAD for the visit.
At the end of the visit, Chairman Eyyüpkoca presented a tulip-patterned vase to Fatih District Governor Kaan Peker.
