After the passing of President İbrahim Çağlar, the Board of Directors of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce elected Board Member Öztürk Oran as the 23rd Chairman during a meeting held on December 20th.
The Board of LASİAD paid a visit to the new Chairman, Öztürk Oran, at his office, extending their best wishes. The visit, which took place on Thursday, December 28th, was attended by LASİAD Board Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca, Board Vice Chairman Muhammed Sancaktar, Vice Presidents Erdem Soylu Karabağlı, Barış Köseliören, Ahmet Turan, Board Members Turan Yavuz, İhsan Bıyıkbeyi, and Secretary General Şerafettin Yüzüak. At the end of the visit, Eyyüpkoca presented a tulip-patterned vase to Öztürk Oran, who, in turn, presented one to Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca.
