MICRO EXPORT SEMINAR FROM LASİAD

LASIAD gave “Micro Export Seminar” within the scope of “TIM SME Export Mobilisation Training Programme” at Laleli Crown Plaza on Thursday, 21 November.

Speaking at the seminar attended by the companies in Laleli and TIM officials, LASIAD Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca said: ”I have been the chairman of the association for 10 years, we had a programme the day we started: To take our place as Laleli in every channel of Turkey and get what we deserve. We tried to express our thought by both lobbying and explaining ourselves, explaining our figures and the transactions we have made. We underlined that we have this capacity that we can realise this thought with persistence and perseverance.

We stated that there should be an export warehouse, that our invoice should be certified from the moment the goods we sell pass through the warehouse via carriers, carriers and cargo carriers, and that the process after this certification should be the legal process between the carrier and the state. We said that if this programme is realised, Laleli can make a serious contribution to exports. At this point, thank God, almost all of our requests have been fulfilled. They allocated us an export warehouse at Istanbul Atatürk Airport, and this export warehouse is in a position to serve us. Friends, never break away from the micro export programme, it will not take anything from your trade and gains, on the contrary, it is a programme that will contribute. Because as Laleli, we work intensively especially for the Russian geography. Russia has been working on the chip system for about 1 year and as soon as this chip system is implemented, you have to use this corridor, you cannot sell 1 piece of goods without using this corridor. While Russia was preparing for the chip, we prepared micro exports ourselves, they coincided with each other. In this case, it must be due to sincerity and goodwill.”

Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca ended his speech by thanking Berat Albayrak, Minister of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey, Ruhsar Pekcan, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, İsmail Gülle, President of TIM, Rıza Tuna Turagay, Deputy Minister of Trade, and his colleagues for their work and support in this process.

The programme continued with informing the companies in Laleli about micro exports and question and answer session.
