Vehicle inspection fees have been increased by the revaluation rate, effective January 1, 2020. Accordingly, examination fees will be between 174.64 lira and 462.56 lira.
The document, penalty and inspection fees regulated in the Road Transport Law and the Highway Traffic Law and the regulations within this scope have been re-determined for 2020. The fees in question have been increased by the 22.58 percent revaluation rate determined for 2020 by the General Communique of the Tax Procedure Law.
Accordingly, as of the beginning of the year, inspection fees including VAT have increased from 377.60 lira to 462.56 lira for buses, trucks, tractors and tankers, from 279.66 lira to 342 lira for cars, minibuses, pickup trucks, special purpose vehicles, off-road vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers. It increased from 142.78 lira to 174.64 lira for tractors, motorcycles and mopeds.
