Speaking, engaging in brotherly conversation, and seeking rational solutions to existing problems seem to be the real need for both our country and the world. The deepest desire and wish of all of us is for this ruthless process, where young lives are lost one by one in the prime of their lives, mothers shed tears for years after them, and little children are left orphaned before even seeing their fathers, to come to an end as soon as possible. In line with the sensitivity of the peace process initiated in this context, it is essential for everyone to act very carefully, pay attention to the steps they take, and make efforts and sacrifices necessary for the end of the pain. We sincerely believe that a Turkey that has truly solved the terrorism problem will become the leading country in its region in a short time and will transform the region into a zone of peace. To see and comprehend this reality, it is enough for us to look at our history. A civilization built in these lands by our ancestors, where people lived in peace and prosperity for centuries, respecting each other’s differences without making distinctions based on language, religion, or race. It is the responsibility of those of us who have deeply experienced this pain for years to relive those beautiful days that the world of today longs for and leave this valuable legacy to future generations. In this sense, our belief in peace is infinite, and we fervently wish for the end of this senseless conflict that has lasted for decades, expecting everyone to contribute to the process to the highest extent.
In addition to all these developments in our country, we must also continue the change and growth in Laleli with all our might. In this age where stagnation is considered regression and development is seen as standing still, we must wholeheartedly embrace change and renewal in every aspect. As our country progresses on a global scale in all areas, we, as Laleli, should not lag behind in this growth; on the contrary, we should take proactive steps in this process. On this occasion, I would like to emphasize once again the importance of the concept of awareness. All companies, from the largest to the smallest in Laleli, should be aware of what they mean for this country, what they symbolize when looked at from the perspective of customers and guests, and act with this understanding. Being a regional power with its entirely outward-facing structure, Laleli has always been of great importance for our country with its contribution to tourism, country promotion, and foreign trade from past to present. Companies that operate with this perspective and mentality, while achieving total quality, will also contribute directly to the development of our country alongside their business. In today’s world, where information and knowledge are at the highest level, we all know that even the slightest mistake can spread to the general public. What is befitting for us is not to enter the future with new mistakes while trying to erase the damage caused by the mistakes we have carried like a burden on our backs for years, but to be remembered with events that we can be proud of. In this sense, I have no doubt that all our tradespeople and industrialists act and will act with this belief and understanding.
