According to a written statement by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, falling mortgage interest rates led to an increase in housing sales.
The number of daily transactions, including foreclosures, transfers, mortgages and sales, reached an average of 70 thousand last month.
A total of 357 thousand sales transactions were realized at the land registry offices in June. Of all these transactions, 113 thousand were made through the web title deed application. The excessive intensity experienced in the land registry along with housing and real estate sales decreased with the web title deed application.
The top 5 cities that used the web title deed application the most were Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Bursa, respectively.
With the application, transactions were carried out without requesting identity documents, documents showing the real estate declaration value, company authorization documents and DASK policies, which are required for title deed transactions, and citizens were ensured to come to the title deed directorates only at the final signature stage.
Officially valid title deeds, mortgage certificates and title deed registration samples could also be obtained through the web title deed system.
All details about the web deed are on the web page
