“Our Defense Ministry has prepared a state telephone hotline for contacts with the Turkish side, which together with Russia is the guarantor of the ceasefire regime in Syria and the fulfillment of the agreements reached.
In addition, as of today, we have established a direct line with our Turkish colleagues. Turkey is the guarantor of all agreements, especially the supervision of the fulfillment of the agreed agreements,” he said.
