Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk stated in a written statement that they have brought forward the Social and Economic Support Service (SED) payments in order for children to experience the joy of Eid with their families and for families to meet their needs.
Stating that the payments to be made by the provincial directorates within the scope of SED service for August 2020 will be made today due to the Eid al-Adha falling on July 31-August 3 this year, Selçuk said:
“We will pay 138 million liras for 131 thousand children who benefit from SED service before the feast. With SED, we protect the integrity of the family by supporting our children with their families and protect the best interests of our children. I wish the payments to be beneficial for all children and their families. I congratulate the blessed Eid al-Adha of our children and their precious families.”
