StayHome for Humanity

Our country and the world economy are going through a difficult test. Beyond its economic dimension, the risks and effects of this process, which will deeply affect health, global stability, financial equations and global trade, are very important. This virus, which started in China and spread all over the world, unfortunately spreads intensively and can have fatal consequences in people whose bodies are weak, elderly or have chronic diseases.

Living in a region like Laleli, we can undoubtedly talk about economy and trade, but at this point, I think protecting our lives is more valuable than anything else. It seems that this process has now turned into a very effective epidemic that will continue over time. We must learn to live with and cope with this until a vaccine or treatment is found. We are going through a process in which many of our habits and methods, from our daily lives and working methods to education, social, sports and health, will change completely.

It is obvious that with this new virus, nothing will be the same again. It does not seem easy for people to return to their past travel, shopping and daily lives in a short time. A life within a new order and a new systematic awaits us. The only way we can get through this process as a world, at least until the treatment method is finalized, is through global solidarity. Although it is not easy, it is very important that we achieve this. Otherwise, it is possible that unstoppable deaths will continue to increase, which we have seen in China, Iran, Italy, Spain and many other countries. It is essential to read and understand this process correctly and manage it correctly in order to cope with the problem. I think that the measures to be taken both socially and individually are vitally important. In particular, we must pay attention, individually, to comply with the instructions of public authorities and to take their directives into account and implement them.

We are going through a difficult time as a country and nation. We should all strive to be patient, astute and constructive. Most importantly, we must manage to be together and united instead of petty daily political calculations. This is a time when we need unity and solidarity more than ever. This is a time when we must move forward with all-out struggle, without separation, division and disintegration. This is a time when we need to demonstrate understanding, cooperation, common sense and stance. This is the time to work tirelessly and diligently.

As a society, we are a nation that cares about our elders, values them at the highest level, and knows that abundance, abundance and prosperity will arise from their satisfaction. For this reason, we cannot tolerate losing anyone, young or old. While we submit to fate unconditionally, we must somehow isolate ourselves and minimize our communication with society. We must do this for ourselves, our loved ones, and those around us who may be infected with the virus. We have to do this in order to at least get through the process with minimum losses.

There is a fact that; We are all going through a process together that has not been tested especially by the modern century. Countries and societies are uncertain about how to react to this situation. During this period, we can say that our administrators were very successful in both delaying the entry of the epidemic into our country and in terms of process management. What comes next is about how much our nation takes the warnings into consideration and to what extent it can control its social communication. Complying with the rules and instructions is more about how much we care about our social health than about ourselves. It is essential that our people act consciously on this issue. Our sensitivity at this point is recorded in both our religion and our cultural background. Let’s be patient, let’s stay at home. I hope everything will be fine.

On this occasion, I congratulate you on April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day and offer my respects.
