Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) increased the credit card installment limit for domestic airlines, travel agencies and accommodation expenses from 12 months to 18 months.
BRSA has taken a new decision to provide financial convenience to citizens and support domestic tourism during the normalization process after the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic.
In the statement made by BRSA, it was stated that the installment periods on credit cards determined by the Board’s decision dated 09 June 2020 and numbered 9053 and the Board Decision numbered 8198 dated 11 January 2019, will be from twelve months to eighteen months for domestic expenses related to airlines, travel agencies and accommodation. It was reported that it was decided to take it to the moon.
