Session hours in Borsa Istanbul are changing due to the switch to daylight saving time on Sunday.
The hours for the mid-day single price section of the session, which is currently held between 12.30-13.30 in the Borsa Istanbul Equity Market, will be changed to 13.00-14.00.
The change will be initiated on Monday, March 28, the first trading day of 2016 when daylight saving time will be in effect.
Accordingly, the continuous auction section of the session will end at 13.00 instead of 12.30 p.m. and start at 14.00 p.m. instead of 13.30 p.m.
Within the scope of the BISTECH “Transformation with Technology Program”, a single session was introduced at Borsa Istanbul as of November 30, 2015.
