The Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) went to Şanlıurfa and Akçakale, the border region where the Turkish Armed Forces are conducting the Peace Spring Operation, to support and boost the morale of the military in their fight against terrorism.
Expressing TİM’s full support for the “Peace Spring Operation,” aimed at eliminating the terrorist threat against Turkey and ensuring the peace and stability necessary for our Syrian friends to return to their homes, Gülle, representing around 85,000 exporters, stated that they would convey Turkey’s just struggle. Gülle continued, saying, “In this regard, we will mobilize all our resources both domestically and abroad, continuing our intensive efforts to inform foreign business people who invest in Turkey or engage in business with us. Particularly in Western business circles, we will steadfastly counteract the smear campaigns against our glorious army, state, and nation during the operation by explaining the just struggle Turkey is conducting.”
The visit, aimed at supporting the Peace Spring Operation initiated by the Turkish Armed Forces against terrorist organizations PKK/PYD/YPG and ISIS on the Syria border, included the President of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) İsmail Gülle, Board Members, Union and Sector Presidents, TİM Members, LASİAD President Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca, and Vice President Süleyman Kaya. TİM President İsmail Gülle announced the declaration of support for the Peace Spring Operation in front of the Şanlıurfa Governorate building. Following the statement, the TİM delegation visited the Municipality in Akçakale, Şanlıurfa.
