Ahmet Hamdi Görk, the AK Party Fatih District Chairman, visited LASİAD along with the new board members of the AK Party Fatih District organization. On Wednesday, January 28th, Ahmet Hamdi Görk and members of the AK Party Fatih District organization met with LASİAD’s Board of Directors, including Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca and Executive Board members. Attendees from the AK Party Fatih District included Deputy District Chairman and AK Party Municipal Council Member Cahide Ahmetoğlu, Deputy District Chairman Emrullah Gözcü, District Board Members Hayrullah Küçüktekin, Hasan Bayram, Tuğrul Diriel, and Cebrail Uludağ. From LASİAD, Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca, Vice Chairmen Ercan Çelik, İsmail Dark, Ahmet Turan, Mehmet Yasubuğa, Mehmet Ocaklı, Erdem Soylu Karabağlı, Treasurer İbrahim Murat Ramizoğlu, Secretary General Şerafettin Yüzüak, and Private Secretary to the Chairman Nada İsmail were present. Other attendees included İbrahim Haliloğlu, Hasan Bayram, Erdem Soylu Karabağlı, Ahmet Turan, Mehmet Ocaklı, İsmail Dark, and Mehmet Doğan. During the meeting, Ahmet Hamdi Görk shared his thoughts on LASİAD’s activities and discussed his expectations for the new term.
“Thank You for Opening Both Your Door and Heart”
“I came here today not as a political representative but as a friend. First of all, I want to congratulate you and the entire LASİAD family. The voice that LASİAD brought to Fatih is crucial for us. LASİAD has undoubtedly become a brand,” said Ahmet Hamdi Görk. He expressed his belief that the Beyazıt Square Project would bring beauty and happiness to Laleli. Görk emphasized that everyone involved in these projects shares Fatih as a common ground, and he acknowledged the growth of Laleli into a brand over time. Touching upon other ongoing projects in the region, Görk thanked everyone, saying, “Thank you for opening both your door and heart to us.”
“LASİAD Should Always Be at the Table”
LASİAD Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca attributed all the success to the team spirit within LASİAD, stressing that success is inevitable where there is teamwork. He congratulated all friends working on these projects in the region. Eyyüpkoca stated, “Laleli is indeed a very special place, a place with high sensitivity. From a Turkish perspective, it is an important commercial center where every language, religion, race, and culture come together. From a global perspective, Laleli is Turkey’s gateway to the outside world.” Eyyüpkoca, while believing that Laleli will overcome difficulties, expressed his confidence in the region’s resilience. Looking ahead, he mentioned that LASİAD would continue to contribute to new projects. Eyyüpkoca emphasized the importance of LASİAD’s presence at the table in all discussions.
At the end of the meeting, LASİAD Chairman Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca presented a Tulip Plaque to Ahmet Hamdi Görk, the AK Party Fatih District Chairman.
