The Conservative Clothing Fair, bringing together designers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retail chains in the conservative clothing sector, took place at the Istanbul Congress Center from January 17 to 19.
Speaking at the opening of the fair, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mevlüt Uysal said, ‘Istanbul hosts many fairs, but we don’t consider this fair like the others. I find this fair important for our common culture and future, as people of the same geography, belief, and culture, sharing the same feelings for our future. We have guests from various countries. We may have trade relations with different countries. I believe that this fair is important for common clothing that reflects our culture.’
After speeches from various international participants, the ribbon was cut, and the fair was officially opened. Muhammed Sancaktar, Vice President of the Board of Directors on behalf of LASİAD, attended the event.
