The awards for the winners of the ‘Fashion Design Technologies Skill Competition,’ organized for the second time this year by the Istanbul Apparel and Apparel Exporters’ Association (İHKİB), were presented to the ‘Young Talents.’
In the Skills Competition, where 212 students from 53 high schools competed fiercely against time to create the best model, the grand prize went to Sultangazi Nene Hatun Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. The first-place winner received 20,000 TL, the second-place winner received 15,000 TL, and the third-place winner received 10,000 TL. The recipients of the ‘jury special award’ and the ‘best teamwork’ award also received 5,000 TL each. The winner of the jury special award was Hikmet Nazif Kurşunoğlu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. A total of 55,000 TL was awarded in prize money in the competition.
