The 2018-2019 academic year at Istanbul Commerce University (ICU) started with a ceremony. On September 17th, the 18th Academic Year Opening Ceremony took place at the Sütlüce Campus conference hall with the attendance of distinguished figures. Istanbul Commerce University Board of Trustees Chairman and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) Assembly President Öztürk Oran, ITO Board Chairman Şekib Avdagiç, Rector Prof. Dr. Nazım Ekren, ITO Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nihat Alayoğlu, university board of trustees members, ITO assembly members, academic and administrative staff, as well as students and their parents attended the event. LASIAD was represented by Secretary General Şerafettin Yüzüak.
