The award ceremony for successful exporters organized by İHKİB (Istanbul Apparel Exporters’ Association) took place at the Grand Ballroom of Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel in 2017. The program began with a cocktail and continued with a dinner. After the speeches, the award ceremony commenced, with 58 companies achieving exports exceeding 50 million dollars receiving platinum awards, 70 companies with exports between 25 to 50 million dollars receiving gold awards, and 509 companies with exports between 5 to 25 million dollars receiving silver awards. In total, awards were presented to 2,236 companies. İHKİB, representing over 11,500 members and contributing to 75% of the total exports in the Turkish Ready-to-Wear and Apparel sector, organized the event. LASAİD was represented at the ceremony by the President Gıyasettin Eyyüpkoca and Vice Presidents Ercan Hardal and Murat Özpehlivan.
