Within the scope of the closing program of this special year, in which dozens of important events were held in the fields of culture, art and tourism with the aim of strengthening the ties between the peoples of the two countries, Pyatnitskiy Russian Folk Choir, Faizi Gaskarov State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble, Nokhcho National Dance Ensemble, balalaika virtuoso Viktor Oleknovic, Tatar diva Elmira Kalimullina and Mouthpiece artist Olena Uutai took the stage.
