Vaccination has started for people over 60 and risk groups in Turkey

In Turkey, the vaccination process has started for people over 60 years of age, their spouses and some patients in the risk group.

According to the vaccination program implemented within the scope of social immunization in the COVID-19 epidemic in Turkey, the vaccination process has started today for people over 60 years of age, their spouses and some patients in the risk group.

According to the vaccination calendar of the Ministry of Health, risk groups such as morbid obesity, cancer and dialysis patients with malignant tumors, people with Down syndrome and those receiving immunosuppressive treatment were also defined in the system to be vaccinated as a priority.

Citizens within this scope started to make their appointments and get their vaccinations at the designated health institutions.

Vaccination will continue according to the determined schedule

The vaccination process will be completed in line with the calendar created by the Coronavirus Scientific Board.

Citizens will be able to learn their status regarding the COVID-19 vaccine from their e-Nabız account or by sending a text message to 2023.

People who are among the group to be vaccinated will be directed to the MHRS application for the appointment process, and the citizen will go to the health institution where he made an appointment when the date arrives.

The healthcare personnel who administer the vaccine will also create the citizen’s second dose appointment, and the information of this appointment will be sent via text message.

For vaccination, citizens can change their appointments via the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS) and e-Nabız account, or apply by making an appointment via ‘Alo 182’.
