“On June 20, 2013, LASİAD visited LASİAD Former Board Member and ITO (Istanbul Chamber of Commerce) Board Member of the 19th Term, Servet Samsama, at his office.
LASİAD Board President Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca, LASİAD Board Vice Presidents Erdem Soylu Karabağlı, Ercan Çelik, İsmail Dark, Mehmet Yasubuğa, Mehmet Ocaklı, T. Selim Poşul, LASİAD President’s Private Secretary Nada İsmail, and LASİAD Project Responsible Fatih Akkoç attended the visit.
During the visit, LASİAD Former Board Member and ITO Board Member of the 19th Term, Servet Samsama, emphasized their importance for Laleli and stated, “As ITO, we are ready to do our best for LASİAD and Laleli; we will use the resources at our disposal. It is truly gratifying to see you change the face of Laleli. The steps taken by the companies in Laleli towards institutionalization and becoming a brand are crucial. Laleli is a special market. I am ready to do whatever is in my power to contribute to this market. LASİAD and Laleli are a big family, and we are all part of this family.”
LASİAD Board President Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca, drawing attention to the fairs held abroad with the contributions of ITO, said, “We should create a fair calendar for ITO. We are well aware of the potential of these fairs, and as Laleli, we want to benefit from these fairs. We will work on the participation of the ready-to-wear sector in these fairs. We also expect your support in this regard.”
At the end of the visit, LASİAD Board President Giyasettin Eyyüpkoca invited LASİAD Former Board Member and ITO Board Member of the 19th Term, Servet Samsama, to the LASİAD iftar (fast-breaking) event on July 10 and presented a plate with the LASİAD logo.”
